RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES	PENAL PROVISION
Section 27 verse (1) Anyone on purpose and without any right distributes and/or transmits and/or enables Electronic Information and/or Electronic Document containing anything that assaults the chastity	Pasal 45 ayat (1) Anyone who meets the elements as mentioned in  section 27 verse (1), verse (2), verse (3), or verse (4) is criminally prosecuted at the most with in prison punishment for 6 (six) years and/or IDR 1,000,000,000 (one billion rupiahs) fine.
Section 27 verse (3) Anyone on purpose and without any right distributes and/or transmits and/or enables Electronic Information and/or Electronic Document containing any humiliation and/or aspersion
