Email service is one of internet facilities or applications that is widely used, because it is cheap and fast. Whom do you send an email to? Certainly it is to anyone who has internet access with a certain address.

What is an email? To understand the concept of an email, imagine mail delivery by post. You can send a letter to a friend if you know your friend’s address. Next, you put the letter in a post office box to be taken by a postman who will send it to your friend based on the written address. So does an email. If you want to send an email, you enter into an email system (the Internet) then send it to your friend’s email. An email can be sent to some people all at once. Besides, you can send a file that is a document, figure or program as an attachment.  

Using email, you can do several things:

a.      Write and send an email

b.      Read an email

c.       Reply an email

d.      Forward an email you receive to others

e.       Send a file as an attachment

f.        Delete email messages
